Sam and his team did a fantastic job replacing my bathroom tile with cement subfloor, sink fixtures and bathroom vent. It feels like a new bathroom!

We called around for estimates on a new roof. Sam's estimate was much lower than the others and, while all the sales guys from all the other companies were nice, Sam felt the most genuine. They were here a couple of weeks later and the new roof was installed in one day and the second day he and a smaller crew came out to finish up before an impending rainstorm. Sam and his whole team were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ferrimy Construction provided an estimate to replace the roof on a large colonial house in Millis, began the work in a week and completed it in a day, despite unexpected, and justified, need for plywood underlayment to finish the job professionally. Cleaned up the next day, and did so thoroughly . Good communication throughout; no surprises. They even put shingles on the garden shed.

We are a big fan of first hand experiences and love to give praise when it’s due! Ferrimy Construction brought our screened in porch back to the oasis we’ve missed! Over the years the screens had torn and become weathered with no easy way to replace. They replaced the extremely large screens with a more durable and resilient material as well as the trim to make future maintenance easier and more manageable. They also replaced our original bathroom window sill trim that had seen better days. They were efficient, friendly, clean, affordable and did a remarkable job from start to finish! We would highly recommend them for any project!
